Hi everyone, I just wanted to update you all regarding the recent post I made about the fake Johnson Matthey 1 oz silver bar I purchased from APMex. Admittedly it was a bit frustrating dealing with their customer service the past few days, as I called on Wednesday and was told I’d be receiving a shipping label and refund instructions. No email was sent (or at least received on my end). I called again Thursday, was told the same thing, and again, nothing was received. Finally, I called today and this time I actually got the email. So, I’ll be returning the fake bar and receiving a full refund at some point. Just wanted to give an update since so many people were curious.
